Jason has worked in bronze for twenty-nine years and as a professional sculptor for fifteen years. His work is driven by art history and wanderlust. His current work is inspired by a lifetime spent traveling, sailing, and boating. He became fascinated with boats and began researching how different cultures have solved the challenges of water travel. He is endlessly curious about how boat technology has changed our basic needs of survival as well as the yearning to risk all in search of adventure and exploration.
